It's such a delight to share this episode with my dear friend, Stephanie. Steph is a Counsellor, Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga Teacher and we are always so aligned with our thoughts, as well as shared expertise with mental health and wellbeing. I just love sharing conversations with her. Here, we talk about ways we bring calm to our days, Steph shares a beautiful description of breath awareness and how supportive this can be for our whole wellbeing, we chat about the benefits of meditation, mindfulness as living with conscious intention, and ways to let go of the fear around uncertainty and circumstances and instead choosing to live in alignment with our values. I felt so calm and nourished after sharing this conversation with Steph, and I hope that by listening in, you'll feel supported and know that you are not alone through these times.
