It's been two years of living alcohol-free now, and it feels a little vulnerable to share, but I hope by doing so, something might resonate, support you, or encourage you to think about your own relationship with alcohol. I used to be that person through anxiety, pain and so much change and uncertainty in my own life, and today, I am so grateful for the ease and calm I feel, through meditation as such a beautiful and healing modality.
