Mindfulness to ease pain ...

Episode 26
In this episode, I talk about mindfulness in our every day, but also how we can support ourselves to find calm and ease with symptoms we may live with, and with pain.  Mindfulness is a beautiful and supportive way to bring attention to the present moment, an awareness of being with what is, just right now.  I encourage you to reflect on areas of your life where mindfulness will truly support you to live with more calm and ease, through challenges, changes or transitions.  And how you can truly embrace this if you live with something challenging, a health condition, or pain.  I also take you through a short mindfulness practice to support you.  And if may know someone who would benefit from listening in, then please do share with them.

Episode 25
In this epsisode, I talk about this feeling we may all have at times, that we are not enough.  I guide and encourage you to reflect on what this means for you, through something challenging right now perhaps, or through change and transition.   It is my passion to acknowledge and support others through times of change, to not feel defined or limited by any circumstance, situation or experience, or anything you may be living with or moving through, but to feel empowered, liberated and free.  To know with every essence and fibre of your being, that you are enough, you have all that you need, and you are always complete and whole in your entirety.  I hope you will feel supported by listening in.

Episode 24
In this episode, it's such a joy to share this conversation with Georgie Collinson. Georgie is an Anxiety Naturopath and she is passionate about supporting women with overwhelm, stress and anxiety.  We are aligned in so many ways, including how we love to support clients to not only treat their symptoms, but to understand and resolve the underlying root cause.  This is very true for anxiety.  I love connecting with women like Georgie, and sharing in the moment, natural conversations, where we just trust that whatever comes up and flows, is meant to at that time, and is needed for someone listening in, to feel supported.  I hope you'll enjoy this conversation, and perhaps share with someone you know who has anxiety, and would benefit from listening in too.
You can find all details about Georgie through her website, including her 'Anxiety Reset Program' which is commencing again very soon - http://georgiecollinson.com/
Georgie is also the host of 'The Anxiety Reset Podcast'.
