In this episode, I talk about 'creating your reality' and if this is always really true.  Along with the phrase 'everything happens for a reason' and how disempowering and even harmful this can feel, through many circumstances and situations in life.  I share from my heart in this episode as I feel passionate about supporting you to feel empowered through whatever you may live with, and to always find and know what is right and true for you.  Letting go of constantly trying so hard, and to improve yourself in some way.  And instead, a knowing that self-acceptance is at the very heart and essence of everything, where so much can open from this space.  I ask you a powerful question to reflect on for your own healing, with self-compassion, as to what will feel most supportive to you, right now and moving forward.

Acceptance is healing

In this epsisode, I talk about acceptance as a portal for beautiful and powerful change. I encourage and support you, through times of challenge, change and transition, to let go of the need to always improve or fix yourself, and instead, to learn and know ways to embrace acceptance, in your heart and life.  To accept all of yourself, just as you are, however you are, and all that you are - and to honour the powerful shifts, light and openings to change that naturally flow from this space. Acceptance brings calm, ease and peace.  Acceptance is so powerfully healing.
