In this episode, it's such a pleasure to share a conversation with my beautiful friend Lou, from Lunch Lady Lou.  She's a delight in so many ways and it's wonderful to share her inspiring message here, around everything to do with cooking stress free, delicious meals, with simplicity and with joy. Lou inspires me greatly with her creativity, passion for cooking and teaching cooking in a fun and simple way, all of her recipes, cooking classes and online courses.  She exudes enthusiasm and a zest for life, which is all very contagious and I honestly believe we all need a little, or a lot, of Lou in our lives. Cooking is for everyone, and learning to love cooking, 'celebrating the basics', and making conscious choices around healthy and wholesome food, is such a necessary part of embracing wellbeing.  We talk about so many wonderful things in this very 'in the moment' conversation, which is unedited and recorded just as it all naturally flows.  I know that by listening in, you'll feel not only inspired to get into the kitchen, but you'll see cooking in a new way that's simple and fun, and you'll want to check out all of what Lou shares and her delicious recipes too.

Lunch Lady Lou is a self taught cook and recipe developer.

She’s on a mission to remind busy women that they can cook and take care of themselves. AKA an Italian Nonna trapped in the body of a 30-something year old.
Lou is passionate about creating simple cooking rituals that support our health,
