Episode 50
In this episode, I share a little of my own personal journey with mindfulness, and meditation, and the profound healing that has come into my own heart and life.  I share this, to connect and support, and to encourage you with your own ritual and practice, especially if you are someone just like me who once thought meditation would be impossible.  I used to be that person through anxiety, pain and so much change and uncertainty in my own life, and today, I am so grateful for the ease and calm I feel, through meditation as such a beautiful and healing modality. Surrender has and continues to be the most  profound healing journey of my life, and perhaps it is or may be, for you too.  I hope you enjoy listening in and perhaps you know someone who would benefit from hearing this, too.
