In this episode, I share what holistic wellbeing is, what it means to me, how I support my clients in a truly holistic way, and why I am so deeply passionate about this therapeutic and personalised approach, in every way. I talk about pillars and themes of wellbeing, to see ourselves as whole beings, and as truly unique individuals. How connected all part of ourselves are, and how we can support ourselves to feel more calm, connected and confident, in all aspects of ourselves and our lives.
