It's never lost on me, that for true holistic healing, through challenges, changes and transitions in our hearts and lives - acknowledgement is everything. It truly is. I've been reminded of this recently in my own life, and I wanted to write, with a little vulnerability here, but only because, by writing and speaking what is true for me, you may feel something similar, and feel supported here. I hope so.

You can choose to make powerful changes in your heart and your life.
We are never defined by what we live with, or any challenge, change, situation or circumstance. We are only ever defined by how we see and believe ourselves to be. There are a lot of opinions and messages we hear and read right now. I've been feeling this heightened sense of information-overload myself, and I know many others I've spoken to, who are feeling this right now. I've also been a little lost at times, with not what it is I believe in saying, but feeling a little more vulnerable in doing so, in not wanting to add to the noise, not wanting to add to anything for my own sake really, but only as something that might add support for another.
These words are for your heart to hold onto when you forget them for yourself.
For all the times the harsher inner voice may become louder than the softnesss you know as your power, your grace, that you just forget for a moment, how to shine through. Words you might become too familiar with - I'm not enough. But compared to who? Not enough - in what ways or shapes or forms? And what does it even mean to you - to be not enough, or not good enough - when aren't we all, already enough, more than enough, in our entirety? Constantly evolving. Yet always complete. Always whole. Always enough. I feel like writing this 'in the moment', honest letter right now, to you, and for anyone who feels that these times are very trying, challenging, and honestly, some days may feel impossibly hard.
If this is you, do you know that many people are also feeling this way too, or similar to you? Because they are. You just may not hear about them or perhaps know of them. But you're not alone. So many people are finding these times, right now, very hard. It's okay to be honest and real about how things are and how you feel. |
