Supporting you
Do you live with a chronic health issue, chronic pain, or chronic illness?
Are you going through a big life change, or moving through a time of transition?
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed or anxious?
Are you feeling tired, exhausted, and placing pressure and expectation on yourself?
Are you struggling with your mental and emotional wellbeing?
Are you starting to notice an impact on your health, or you have a health issue that's difficult to manage? Which may have become persisting and chronic (ongoing).
Are you feeling alone in what you're going through, and not knowing who to reach out to, for support?
My question to you is ... How do you truly desire to feel?
What would it mean to you, to feel more ease and calm, within yourself and all parts of your life?
Imagine knowing ways to support yourself, to make empowering choices and changes, that are truly aligned and true for you. Imagine knowing ways to feel ease and calm, connected within yourself, and confident in truly moving forward, to thrive, and for life to flow in a way you truly desire.
It is possible to feel this way, to reclaim your own knowing of ease and calm, through your own self healing journey.
I honestly believe that knowing ways to feel calm is everything - to feel connected within ourselves, for our whole wellbeing, and confident moving through all times of uncertainty, change and transition - however this is and feels for you.
Chronic health issues, and chronic pain can bring so much uncertainty and many unknowns.
As a qualified therapist for over 15 years, certified wellness & life coach, wellness practitioner (nutritionist & naturopath) and meditation teacher, I have spent years supporting hundreds of clients in private practice and online.
Combined with my own life experiences through change and transition, I am here to support you, in an integrative and compassionate way, for your whole wellbeing.
Why an integrative approach?
We are all unique individuals, with our own feelings and emotions and the truth of our own lived experiences, and not just one approach will benefit or suit us all.
An integrative approach acknowledges that all parts of ourselves are connected - mind, body, spirit - and through any change or transition, or whatever health condition you live with - healing comes through not only addressing symptoms, but seeing ourselves as whole beings, and getting to the root of the issue, and the underlying cause.
With psychology, coaching, nutrition, a whole range of supportive therapeutic modalities, and meditation - I support you, in a truly personalised way, in all the ways that you need.
Who benefits from holistic therapy and coaching?
Through times of change & transition, we can feel stress, anxiety and even pain - all our feelings and emotions can present and show up in so many ways, different and unique to us all. We are as unique as our fingerprints. There is no band-aid approach, or just one way that supports us all to move through.
This is why a truly integrative approach is so beneficial.
I am passionate about personalising my support for YOU in this way.
I work with many clients who are often highly driven and motivated. This may well be you!
They often place a lot of pressure and expectation on themselves.
They often thrive on being busy, doing a lot of things at once, and love to succeed and achieve.
They also find it very difficult to know how to ...
How stress and anxiety can present in your body -
Sometimes we know straight way when we feel overwhelmed, stressed or anxious. We might recognise the signs and know ways that support us to feel more calm and ease - or we reach out for support, because we know just how valuable this is.
Other times we may not know we're stressed or anxious until it creeps up on us, and we start to feel unwell - fatigue, trouble sleeping or insomnia, digestive issues, headaches, pain, and other health issues that might come up, including autoimmune conditions and other illness. Overtime, with prolonged stress and anxiety, we might experience and live with chronic illness or chronic pain.
If this is you, you're not alone, and you can change your circumstances, with compassion and support.
Or perhaps we start to just not feel like ourselves. We might notice that something's not feeling quite right, we're not focussing or concentrating or getting things done. Or perhaps our mood fluctuates and we're constantly feeling on an emotional roller coaster, never quite finding a place of calm or ease.
We might start to notice that our relationships are feeling difficult or strained, and we're having trouble engaging and connecting with others, in ways we usually would enjoy or find easy to do.
It can sometimes even be stressful to talk to people we usually turn to for comfort. We might find ourselves disconnecting and withdrawing from people, from things we enjoy, and from the joys of life.
There might be a feeling of weariness, exhaustion, and perhaps even burn out - with heightened sensations of reacting to things from stress, and just not feeling ourselves.
Sometimes through times of change or transition we find ourselves in, or we're moving through - feelings of overwhelm, stress and anxiety come up as part of this, along with other emotions too - uncertainty, grief, worry, and more.
What to do if you're feeling stressed or anxious -
Whatever the reason, or circumstance - it's hard to feel this way, and to keep trying so hard, often striving and pushing ourselves through, just to keep on going. Often we feel we just have to cope with it, or manage it, on our own.
When what we truly desire and yearn for, is to feel ease and calm, connected within ourselves, and confident in ways to move forward. To have trusted support and to thrive in all aspects of our life and for our whole wellbeing.
Many of us who are highly driven and motivated, find it very hard to slow down, to know how to do less, to simplify things and to really put ourselves first and place self care as a priority.
You don't have to do it all on your own, or feel alone through whatever you are moving through. It's so wise and empowering when we choose to put our own wellbeing first, and invest in trusted, compassionate support.
Self care can become your natural state -
I encourage self care to become a natural way of being - something we tune into, in every moment of every day, to learn and know ways to truly support ourselves, to feel calm, connected within ourselves, and confident.
You will start to know that everyone and everything in your life benefits by looking after you first.
Mental health and emotional wellbeing must always be your highest priority and non-negotiable, every day.
In an integrative way, with trusted support alongside, I know that you can overcome overwhelm, stress or anxiety, however it feels and is showing up for you. You will be able to feel more ease and calm in your life and all aspects of your wellbeing.
I so desire this for you and to support you, in knowing ways to choose this for yourself, that feels right and true for you. If you are ready and willing to make empowering changes in your life, and to really shift things for yourself, to feel vital and to thrive - then I would love to support you.
Imagine if ...
I take a deep exhale as I imagine all of these things, and more, for you.
It is all possible for you, even if it feels impossible for you right now.
I feel so passionate about supporting you, alongside, through your own beautiful and empowering healing journey.
Working with you, listening, asking the right questions, in a truly safe, compassionate and trusted way.

Imagine if ...
- You had ways to support yourself to feel more calm & ease through change & transition.
- You knew ways to overcome stress and anxiety, and feel confident in doing so.
- The feeling of heaviness and weight will lift off you (sooner than you think)
- You could let go of the tension that comes with trying so hard, pushing and striving, and always having to achieve and succeed, and do more.
- You felt ease and flow by being supported to slow down, embracing simplicity and doing less.
- You felt that nothing limits or defines you.
- You had ways to manage and improve a health issue or condition you live with and feel so much more vital in your whole being (including chronic illness and chronic pain)
- You no longer feel defined by what you live with, but the choices and changes you can make within and for yourself, to feel empowered, to life live well, and to thrive.
- You knew ways to support yourself, and truly nurture and nourish yourself, every moment of every day.
- You had a sense of ease and flow and more joy, in all parts of yourself and your life.
- You fully accepted and love yourself, just as you are, and all that you are.
- You started to practice self care as your natural way of being, and new ways to prioritise your mental health, every moment of every day, seeing and knowing the difference this makes.
