Acceptance brings calm and is the most supportive and empowering space for change. When we can accept ourselves and everything in this present moment, right now, we can feel a deep sense of calm and ease. From this space of acceptance, we can then find and know ways to manage things, and to support ourselves in every way.
So often we can strive or place expectation and pressure on ourselves to always improve, to fix things, to be more or to do more. We can wish for things to be different, or to be the way they may have been before, when often all this does is create more resistance, more struggle, more anxiety, more sadness, more pain.
I believe this is true through all challenges, changes and transitions in life. I believe acceptance is a beautiful and supportive space for calm and ease, through whatever situation or circumstance we may face or live with. When we can accept ourselves, who we are, how we are, how things may be right now, then we can know ways to manage things and make choices to support ourselves too. Acceptance is a space where we feel a deep sense of calm and peace, to then be ready and willing to move forward, in whatever way that means or feels for us, in our own hearts and lives. Beautiful, supportive and empowering change comes through acceptance. I feel passionate about supporting you to feel calm through change and to allow yourself to feel a deep acceptance of all that you are, and to feel open to whatever flows naturally from this space.
