Choosing new ways moving forward is always a good thing ...

A very simple journal post today, with just a few ways I'll be sharing with you, in the new year.  ​As this means so much less on social media, and so much more through journals and blogs on my website, through my Letters of Support, and through my  Podcast (A Well Being), which will be launching in January.  I can't tell you how excited I am for this and to be sharing my voice and conversations with others in this very new way, for me.  Exciting but daunting, but that's with anything we choose to do outside our comfort zone isn't it - but the only way forward is to make that first step or perhaps a leap.  Things are changing and evolving and most importantly, things are aligning just they should be, in powerful ways and choices that feel truly right and supportive within myself, which I believe with all my being, will then be of most support to others too.
