In this episode I talk about the ways we can support ourselves, and receive support, for our wellbeing. Support is necessary, and there are many ways we can seek, find, and choose support. I talk about receiving support from others, expressing and articulating our needs, knowing what true support means for us, as well as the difference between external support and external validation. I also talk about the empowering ways we can support and trust in ourselves and how necessary this is, as part of being a well being. These epsiodes are recorded in the moment, which means they are unedited and you will receive support just as my words and feelings flow. This is my conscious choice and intention with this podcast - for it to be feel authentic, real, natural and imperfect, yet supportive for our every day life, as well beings. She is also a wife, a mother to five children, and with a successful business, she juggles many things.
