​In this episode, I talk about 'taking the pressure off' and the importance of this as part of wellbeing.  How letting go of any pressure, any expectations or outcomes, can allow us to feel and embody a sense of more calm and ease.  And to lean into things that we love simply because they fill us, uplift us, and bring us joy.  Doing things simply for the love of it, which I feel is even more important through any challenges, or times of uncertainty and change.  I hope you enjoy listening in and I'd love to hear your thoughts if you feel called to share.

This episode is a spoken letter of support, through uncertainty, change and transition.  However you are, whatever you are feeling, may you feel seen, heard, acknowledged, and held, through these words here.  And to know that all the inspiration lies within the whole journey, not the outcome, or end goal - but how you are within in it all, right now.  Know that through these times of uncertainty, someone, or others are alongside you, whispering from their hearts to yours 'me too'.  I hope that by listening in you feel compassion and understanding, and know just how remarkable, beautiful and inspiring you are, in the strength you have to keep carrying yourself forward, in every moment of every day.  With calm, ease and with hope x
