Episode 22
In this episode, I share a compassionate conversation with my friend and colleague, Steph, who also has a background in mental health, and a shared passion for emotional wellbeing, in a truly holistic way. We both believe that caring for and knowing ways to support our mental health and our emotional wellbeing is necessary for our whole wellbeing. We have been holding support sessions for others in our community, talking around themes of uncertainty, change, grief and loss, heightened stress and anxiety, worrying thoughts, overwhelm, and the many affects of mental health and the impact for so many, through this challenging COVID-19 time. With our combined expertise and years of professional experience, as well as our own personal lived experiences through challenging times, we share our own feelings and emotions, as well as practical ways to manage and support ourselves, and others, to navigate these times with more calm and ease. We hope you will feel supported by listening in, and know that as you feel your own way through these times, we are here for you, with understanding and compassion.
