I bring over 15+ years experience working with hundreds of clients, in private practice and online.
Combining all my qualifications as a Holistic Therapist, Wellness Practitioner (Naturopath, Nutritionist), Meditation Teacher, Coach & Life Mentor, Support Space Facilitator & Writer - I work with you in a truly holistic way.
I meet you exactly where you're at, through whatever challenge, change or transition you are facing and living with right now, and I support you in a compassionate and powerful way, to move forward.
Our sessions flow in this way - You talk, I listen, We talk, I listen.
Together, we find some ways for you to move forward through however you are feeling, to finding calm, ease and joy within yourself and life ongoing.
Perhaps you are feeling the impact of these current COVID-19 times on your mental health, emotional wellbeing and whole wellbeing, and you know you would like and need support right now.
Perhaps it's a health issue or health condition that's really affecting how you manage your life right now, and you know you would like compassionate support, for your overall self care and wellbeing. I am here for you.
Perhaps it's chronic illness or chronic pain and it's hard to know how to feel joy and to manage day to day things, with uncertainty and fears perhaps around the future. I understand and I am here for you. I know, with my support, you will find and know ways to gain a sense of acceptance, clarity, perspective, and hope, to feel in control of your own self and life again. I deeply believe, with self care and self compassion as our way of being, we can create a life that's fulfilling, perhaps with even more meaning and purpose. We can heal in our own, unique and empowering ways.

Perhaps it's another challenge or change that's physical or emotional and affecting other areas of life also. Change can feel difficult and overwhelming, and yet, it's our only constant, and there are ways we can lean in, find our own calm within it all, feel empowered and liberated, and choose ways to embrace change to move forward.
Perhaps for you, it's a relationship breakdown, or loss of a job, or something impacting your emotional wellbeing like anxiety or depression. Maybe it's trauma, or unresolved feelings and circumstances from the past. I am here for you, to support you through it all, with safety and trust, to find and know ways within yourself, to move forward.
Perhaps it's grief and loss of something you can no longer do, or of something in your life you so identified with. This can happen alongside changes we face, in many ways. We can hold all of our emotions and feelings within our bodies, and talking through things can support us to know what feels best and right for us, with ways to move forward.
Perhaps it's grief and loss of a loved one, and there is a sense of coming to terms with life in a very changed way, where nothing may feel as it once did. And yet, I know and believe that we can find our own sense of calm and peace, and carry both grief and love, as they co-exist, side by side. I understand and I am here for you.
Perhaps you are feeling a nudge to change direction in your life, and you feel daunted but also inspired to embrace a new transition through change - I would love to support you to follow this path and what it is that your heart and soul are calling you to do, that most fills you and allows you to feel enriched, enlivened and alive.
There are so many challenges, changes and transitions we may face at times through life. Each will affect us in different ways, with all kinds of emotions and feelings. Our experiences are so very personal and sacred and we can never compare our own journey to someone else. We can only be true and loving to ourselves in all the ways that we can.
Every situation and circumstance is valid and deserves to be acknowledged and supported, with a trusted professional who will understand, hold space, deeply listen, and guide you forward with empathy and compassion.

Individual sessions: $180 (75 minutes)
A package of four (4) weekly sessions: $640
A package of six (6) weekly sessions: $900
