Supportive Writing Space

All that I feel, I write 
All that my heart holds, I write
I write to find myself 
I write to free myself 
I write to discover more of who I am.
I write to let my story simply flow as words on a page 
I write to collect my thoughts 
I write to unravel layers of truth
I write all the wisdom that lies within
I write to understand
I write to remember everything, memories, both beautiful and sad 
I write to make sense of uncertainty 
I write for clarity
I write to find peace 
I write when I feel lost or empty, as a gift of self love
I write when I feel angry and I need to let it out 
I write to simply know more about how I feel and why 
I write with gratitude
I write simple pleasures and joys that make me smile
I write to surprise myself 
I write to challenge myself 
I write to honour the truth of who I am
I write as it's the only time I never hide or pretend 
I write because there's no mask to wear 
I write to allow myself to be fully exposed, my words naked and seen
I write to know that I belong 
I write as it's the only way I know to fully express myself
I write to connect with others through their feelings and emotions 
I write to find meaning 
I write as my deepest passion
I write to simply be me
I write because I can never imagine not doing so
I write because it's the only way my imagination feels alive and free 
I write to stay open, to keep loving still 
And I write because it heals 
Through loss, illness, pain, joy - through everything and because of it all - I write 
Through so many challenges, changes and transitions in this life 
There's been nothing more healing to my heart than writing
Sharing real, unfiltered, feelings, emotions and truths 
My authentic self, with trusted others 
A safe and sacred writing space 
A community of writers who deeply acknowledge one another
It's a beautiful thing 
To feel seen, heard, understood and loved
Through hearts and words 
Feelings, emotions, stories that need space to feel held 
Supported in a way like no other 
Words are powerful
Words connect hearts 
Words can help us to heal.

Write Your Heart 

Supportive & Therapeutic Writing Space, commencing 24th August.


This is  a unique and special writing & support space. 

This is not a writing course or journal prompts you are given. 
This is a therapeutic and guided writing support space for acknowledgement, sharing,
connection, community, creativity and healing. 
I will support you with this beautiful process, alongside, through this healing journey over 4 weeks together.    

You will receive daily emails with words, audio clips, creative inspiration, and my support with you in our intimate space - sharing, reflecting, encouraging, acknowledging and  writing alongside you.   
There is nothing more healing than acknowledgment of the truth of our feelings, emotions and lived experiences, in an intimate and trusted support space. 
Sometimes we may not be able to give voice to all that we feel. 
Sometimes the most healing journey we can take is by writing from our hearts, in a therapeutic and guided way, that allows words to flow, unedited and unfiltered, as true self expression, where we can feel heard, understood and acknowledged in a truly supportive and compassionate way. 
I love facilitating these intimate support spaces, and especially these therapeutic writing spaces for healing. 
Spaces are limited for this to be a truly intimate and trusted safe space (no more than 8)
